Bronwyn Benson is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in people analytics, systems management, and strategic HR initiatives. Currently serving as Manager of P&C Systems and Analytics at Synergy since May 2017, Bronwyn leads the development of HRIS strategy and ensures effective HR records management and continuous improvement of P&C systems. Previous roles at Synergy include People Services Lead, Employee Lifecycle Experience Lead, P&C Practice Lead - People Analytics & HR Systems, People & Culture Program Manager, and Senior HR Business Partner, showcasing a progression of responsibility in enhancing employee experiences and optimizing HR operations. Prior to Synergy, Bronwyn held various HR leadership roles at KBR, Inc., culminating in the position of Senior HR Manager for Australia, where significant contributions were made to major Oil & Gas projects. Bronwyn holds a Graduate Diploma in HR Management from Deakin University.
