Lauren Parlet has over a decade of experience in the marketing and customer experience fields. Currently serving as the Customer Experience & Insights Lead at Synergy since November 2011, Lauren has held various roles within the company, including Strategic Product Owner, Digital Marketing Performance Lead, Digital Marketing Specialist, and Business Campaign Manager.
