Matt Hill has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as Head of Supply Chain at Synergy since July 2019. Previously, Matt held multiple roles at Schenck Process, including Chief Operations Officer and positions in supply chain management from November 2012 to July 2019. Experience also includes serving as Supply Chain Coordinator at Austal from March 2010 to November 2012 and serving in the Australian Army from November 1995 to October 2010. Educational credentials include MCIPS from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, as well as a Diploma in Business from Leadership Management Australia. Additionally, Matt has participated in Leadership WA programs, further enhancing leadership skills.
