Currently serving as the Executive Director at Synergy Group since March 2023, Fabian previously held the position of Senior Service Delivery Manager at oobe, a Fujitsu company, from April 2022 to March 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at the Australian Government Department of Veterans' Affairs from January 2012 to April 2022, where responsibilities ranged from leading the Digital Enablement Program as Director - Program Manager to serving as Business Manager for the Data and Analytics Branch. Fabian started the career as a Graduate and progressed through various positions, including Senior Project Manager and Business Relationship Manager. Education was completed at The Australian National University, earning a Bachelor of Software Engineering between 2008 and 2011.
