Jesus Quiroz is an experienced educator with a strong background in history and mentorship. Currently serving as a History Teacher at Synergy Academies since July 2015, Jesus previously held positions as an Academic Mentor at the East Bay Asian Youth Center from August 2012 to January 2015 and as the BUILD Site Director for Calcorps-BUILD from June 2011 to August 2012. Early career experience includes interning as a Librarian at LOOSE LEAF FILING SERVICE, INC. in the summer of 2008. Jesus holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Loyola Marymount University, obtained between 2015 and 2017, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley, earned in 2014.
