Aadesh started their career as an Analytics Executive at IMRB International in 2013 and then moved on to work as a Data Analyst at Cross-Tab Marketing Services from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, they joined Maersk Tankers, where they initially worked as a Performance Management Analyst before being promoted to Senior Analyst in 2019. Aadesh recently transitioned to Synergy Marine Group, where they currently hold the position of Business Performance Manager and has been with the company since 2021. In August 2023, they will assume the role of Principal Analyst at Synergy Marine Group.
