Subbu is currently the CTO at Synergy Marine Group. Prior to this, they were with FiniteLoop and Ashoka. At Ashoka, they were a Senior Institution Builder and was responsible for creating innovative solutions for enabling "Data as Infrastructure" for the social sector, leading open-source initiatives, enabling methods and processes to understand malnutrition, role of women in agriculture and hybrid value chain entrepreneur models, building national legal response systems that enable access to rights and justice, building curator driven networks for leaders in the social sector around the world, and leading and building internal systems for Ashoka in partnership with vendors. At Mindtree, they were a Principal Consultant and was responsible for leading and delivering multi-million dollar projects successfully, specializing in executing very large, fixed price projects, mentoring and developing high performance teams, architecting large scale solutions with many complex integrations, and designing and ideating many org wide methods and systems.
Subbu has an MBA from Bharathiar University.
Subbu reports to Rajesh Unni, CEO. They are on a team with Jyothsna - CHRO, Tommy - COO, and Ram - Marine Standards.
