Charles Bensley-Bromilow is an accomplished leader in business development and mergers with extensive experience in the agricultural sector. Currently serving as the Head of Mergers & Integration at Syngenta Group since October 2022, Charles leads teams in acquisition integration and various development projects. Previously, Charles held multiple senior roles at Syngenta, including EAME Seeds Business Development, Partnerships and Licensing Lead, where responsibilities included building and managing licensing units and establishing strategic partnerships. Additional roles at Syngenta encompassed leadership of the North European seeds strategy, head of the Cereal Operating Unit, and global management of Cereal Seeds. Prior to Syngenta, Charles served as VP Finance & Strategy at d3o Lab, and as General Manager of adidas Singapore, achieving significant revenue growth. Educational qualifications include an MBA from London Business School and a BSc in Finance from Virginia Tech.
