Katie Hayes serves as the Global Head of Human Resources for Crop Protection and Seeds at Syngenta, overseeing HR strategies for over 35,000 employees across 90 countries, and driving significant revenue in agriculture. With a robust background in human resources and operational leadership, Katie has held various roles including Global Head of Human Resources for Syngenta's Seeds division and Director of Human Resources at COUNTRY Financial®. Prior experience includes senior HR positions at Praxair and Monsanto, where Katie managed HR strategies across multiple business units and regions. Katie also functions as a Strategic Advisor and Chief Operating Officer at Inspera Health, leading clinical and business operations. Katie holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Gies College of Business.
