Mike Hollands

Mike Hollands has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Global Production and Supply Operations and President of Syngenta UK since November 2010. Prior roles at Syngenta include leadership positions in global supply and operations, business process management, and business services in the NAFTA region. Hollands has a strong background in the seeds sector, having held the position of VP Supply Chain - Seeds and Regional Head of Supply Operations APAC. Early career experiences include roles at Zeneca Agrochemicals as Supply Chain Manager and as a Project Engineer at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI). Hollands graduated with a degree in Engineering Science, specializing in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Oxford.
