Jeffery Jones

Jeffery Jones is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in cognitive neuroscience and psychology. Currently serving as a Professor at Wilfrid Laurier University since July 2003, Jeffery also holds positions as Interim Associate Vice President of Research and Acting Associate Dean of the Faculty of Graduate and Postgraduate Studies. In addition to these roles, Jeffery is an Advisor at Syngli Inc. and Guard-Ex, focusing on developing portable devices for impairment detection. Jeffery directs both the Laurier Centre for Cognitive Neuroscience and the Cognitive Neuroscience of Communication Lab, showcasing an ongoing commitment to research and education in the field. Prior roles include Research Scientist at Advanced Telecommunications Research International from September 2001 to September 2003. Jeffery holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Queen's University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from McMaster University.
