Nigel Brighton

Nigel Brighton currently serves as an Account Manager and Delivery Partner at Syniti since August 2021. Previously, Nigel co-owned Chatham Gables Inn from May 2021 to October 2022 and founded Ethos Associates LLC, operating from November 2015 to August 2021. In a short tenure at Zudy as Chief Customer Officer from August 2020 to December 2020, Nigel contributed to customer strategy. Nigel spent 14 years at BackOffice Associates® from May 2001 to October 2015, holding positions such as Enterprise Account Manager and VP Consulting Services EMEA, overseeing account management and consulting services in the EMEA region. Prior roles include Client Engagement Manager and Project Lead/Senior Consultant at BackOffice Associates. Furthermore, Nigel was a Principal Consultant at both PwC Consulting and Price Waterhouse Management Consultants from 1995 to 2001. Nigel holds a BSc Hons in Production Engineering from Loughborough University, completed between 1985 and 1989, and attended Millfield School from 1982 to 1984.
