Keith Bayley

Keith Bayley is an experienced tax professional with a strong focus on indirect tax management and consulting. Currently serving as Indirect Tax Sr. Manager at Syniverse since December 2021, Keith previously held the role of Indirect Tax Manager at Trimble Inc., overseeing all indirect tax issues for the United States and Canada. Prior experience includes positions at Deloitte, specializing in indirect tax consulting, taxability research, and compliance for multistate tax issues, as well as a role as Financial Analyst and Attorney at Apple, managing city business tax audits. Keith holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a B.S. from UCLA.
