Kelley Howell

Kelley Howell is a Senior User Experience Architect with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently at BlueGrace Logistics, Kelley leads the redesign of a shipping management system and the development of a cohesive design system. In a concurrent role at Syniverse, Kelley manages the UX research and design practice for both enterprise and consumer applications while also enhancing developer experience and facilitating UX program development initiatives. Previous positions include UX Research Manager at Homes Media Solutions, UX Architect at Liberty Tax, and UX Product Manager at Dominion Marine Media. Additionally, Kelley has a rich background in academia, having served as an adjunct instructor at various universities and a research fellow at Syracuse University. Kelley holds a Bachelor's Degree in American Civilization and Culture from SUNY Empire State College and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Sociology of Work and the Economy at Syracuse University.
