Sandra Rosa

Sandra Rosa is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer with extensive experience in leading HR strategies across various top organizations. Currently serving at Syniverse since September 2023, Sandra previously held the same title at Santander Consumer USA from June 2021 to September 2023. Prior to that, Sandra was with Santander Bank, N.A. from July 2017 to June 2021, where roles included Executive Director of Human Resources Business Partner and US Head of Talent Management, as well as SVP, Human Resources Senior Business Partner Director. During a tenure at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2004 to June 2017, Sandra excelled in positions such as Head of Talent Acquisition for Consumer, Wealth Management, and Business Banking, while also supporting senior HR functions across various business areas. Sandra Rosa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Judson University.
