Chethan Kadamba

Chethan Kadamba is the current Vice President of People at Synopsys Inc, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Chethan worked at Adobe from April 2018 to April 2024 as the Senior Director and HR Business Partner for the Creative Cloud division, managing a significant portfolio with an ARR of $9.5 billion and 8,000 employees globally. Chethan also served in various roles at Akamai Technologies from December 2008 to April 2018, including Director of HR Business Partner and Head of Talent Acquisition, overseeing teams across multiple functions. Earlier career experiences include HR leadership positions at NXP Semiconductors, Infineon Technologies, Tenet Technologies, and Tata Elxsi. Chethan holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on Human Resource Management from the School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, Mangalore.
