John Petrash

John Petrash is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in regional management positions across various technology sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for Southwest at Synopsys Inc since March 2022, John focuses on software security and application consulting. Preceding this role, John held the position of Regional Sales Director for Southwest/Hawaii at Cyberbit, specializing in cyber training and simulation platforms. Prior roles include Territory Account Manager at Gemalto, Regional Sales Manager at NetApp Public Cloud Services, and key positions at Tumbleweed Communications, PTC, and NetIQ, among others. John’s career began in the US Navy as a Naval Aviator, and John holds a BBA in Financial Management from the University of San Diego.
