Joy Munger

Joy Munger is an experienced executive assistant with a focus on supporting senior leadership in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Sr. Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, the President & COO, and previously to the SVP of Enterprise Marketing & Communication at Synopsys Inc since February 2023, Joy has built a strong background in high-level administrative roles. Prior experience includes serving as the Senior Executive Administrator to the CMO at TIBCO Software Inc. from January 2014 to September 2022, as well as roles at Aurea Software and Progress Software providing executive administrative support to top executives. Joy's career began at Savvion, where responsibilities included supporting the CEO, CPO, and VP of Sales from November 1999 to December 2009.
