Mark Pogers

Mark Pogers has extensive experience in applications engineering and physical verification, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Corporate Applications Engineering at Synopsys since 2002. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Staff Applications Consultant at Avant! Corporation, which was acquired by Synopsys, from 2001 to 2002. Earlier experience includes positions as an Application Engineer at International Business Machines from 1999 to 2001 and as a Hardware Engineer at Motorola from January 1997 to August 1997, where Mark participated in a co-op program. Mark Pogers holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, both obtained from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute during the years 1994 to 1999.
