Hannah Robinson

Hannah Robinson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training, support, and customer service. Currently serving as the Training and LOS Support Manager at Synovus since April 2016, Hannah has successfully expanded the Training and Support department to a team of seven, significantly improving support efficiency across departments. Prior to this role, Hannah held various positions at Melior-Delaware, including Mortgage Training and LOS Support Lead and System Support Analyst, where real-time customer support was provided at an educational software company. Earlier experiences include managing patient encounters at UAHSF, supporting physicians at Pfister Vision Correction, and serving as a top caterer with Flavours Catering. Hannah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, obtained in 2014.
