Jeff (Miami) Weber has a diverse work experience in operations, marketing, engineering, and management roles. Jeff (Miami) started their career as an Account Manager at FPL in 1988, then moved to Boston Scientific in 1996 where they held various manufacturing and management positions. In 2012, they joined Noven Pharmaceuticals as the Blending and Coating Operations Manager. Most recently, Jeff worked at Syntheon LLC from 2015 onwards, starting as a Component Engineer and moving up to Director of Marketing before becoming the Director of Operations in 2020. Jeff (Miami) has a strong background in manufacturing, quality control, and strategic planning within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.
From 1983 to 1988, Jeff (Miami) Weber attended the University of Florida, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
