Adam Cutmore

Adam Cutmore is a Senior Software Engineer currently employed at Synthesia since March 2023. Prior to this, Adam held a similar position at Shift Lab from January 2022 to March 2023, contributing to AI-powered products as part of a startup founded by ex-DeepMind veterans. Adam's previous experience includes a role as Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft from April 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing a multi-discipline team and leading the development of a scalable telemetry data pipeline. Adam also served as a Senior Software Engineer Lead at Microsoft and participated in organizing hackathons.
