Allan Springer

Allan Springer is currently the Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Manager at Synthomer. Previously, Allan worked as an Engineering Supervisor, Senior Project Engineer, Maintenance Manager and Plant Engineer, and Process Improvement Engineer. Prior to their time at Synthomer, Allan was a Thermal/Hydraulic Design Engineer at BWX Technologies, Inc. and a Mechanical Engineer Co-Op at Bridgestone. Allan holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron.
