Kathryn Kaszar

Kathryn Kaszar serves as the Management Systems Manager for the Americas at Synthomer since October 2020. Prior to this role, Kathryn spent 14 years at OMNOVA Solutions, where professional advancement included positions such as Quality Improvement Manager, Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Chemist, and Analytical Chemist. Key achievements include leading initiatives for quality systems standardization, contributing to R&D projects, and establishing a new quality control lab in Shanghai. Kathryn's foundational experience in quality assurance is complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Chemistry from Ohio University, alongside minors in Biological Sciences and Sociology.
