Jeff Tilton

Jeff Tilton is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Syntronic, leading a team of approximately 180 developers with expertise in various design areas. Prior to this role, Jeff held leadership positions at Flex, overseeing design centers and managing teams of engineers and professional staff. With a background in hardware, RF, and FPGA design, Jeff has extensive experience in delivering complex technical solutions to customers. Jeff's career includes roles as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer at Nortel and Jeff holds a BaSc in Engineering Science from Simon Fraser University and a Management Certificate from Cornell University.
