Abdullah Abdul Baki is a skilled software developer and application support engineer with extensive experience in database management and customer service. Currently working at the Syrian Arab Red Crescent since December 2020, Abdullah has previously held roles at Protech Group and Bitakat ISP, where responsibilities included database and billing system administration. Abdullah's early career involved customer service and technical education, including teaching principles of networking at the Technical Computer College. With a Master's degree in Web Science and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Syrian Virtual University, along with a diploma in Network Engineering, Abdullah possesses a strong academic foundation to complement practical expertise in the IT field.

The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) is a Syrian humanitarian None Profit Organization. The society was founded in 1942, and admitted to the International Committee of the Red Cross in 1946. The SARC has 14 branches and 84 sub-branches all over Syria. based on volunteers, SARC has around 11,000 Trained Volunteers providing services in First Aid, First Aid Training, Disaster Response & relief, psycho-social support, health services, water and sanitation based on the fundamental principles of Humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, unity, voluntary service and universality.
