Alma Aldroubi is currently serving as a Reporting Officer for the Mine Risk Education Project at the Syrian Arab Red Crescent in the Damascus Branch since April 2023. Previously, Alma held the position of Procurement Coordinator at KABBANI CONSTRUCTION GROUP - KCG from November 2021 to April 2023 and worked as a Junior Architect at Syrian System Solutions (3S consultant) from October 2020 to March 2021. Alma Aldroubi holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the International University of Science and Technology, completed between 2016 and 2020.

The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) is a Syrian humanitarian None Profit Organization. The society was founded in 1942, and admitted to the International Committee of the Red Cross in 1946. The SARC has 14 branches and 84 sub-branches all over Syria. based on volunteers, SARC has around 11,000 Trained Volunteers providing services in First Aid, First Aid Training, Disaster Response & relief, psycho-social support, health services, water and sanitation based on the fundamental principles of Humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, unity, voluntary service and universality.
