Dima Alkhatib is a Performance Management Specialist at Global Share, contributing to the Hive Squad HR team since May 2022. In addition to this role, Dima has served as a Human Resources Assistant at the Syrian Arab Red Crescent since October 2018 and worked within the community support team at Syria Trust for Development from March 2018 to September 2018. Dima is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at IU International University of Applied Sciences and is also enrolled in a Master's of Business Administration program at the University of the People. Previous academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Damascus University and ongoing MBA studies at البناء المنهجي (Binaa Manhaji).

The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) is a Syrian humanitarian None Profit Organization. The society was founded in 1942, and admitted to the International Committee of the Red Cross in 1946. The SARC has 14 branches and 84 sub-branches all over Syria. based on volunteers, SARC has around 11,000 Trained Volunteers providing services in First Aid, First Aid Training, Disaster Response & relief, psycho-social support, health services, water and sanitation based on the fundamental principles of Humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, unity, voluntary service and universality.
