Qutayba Al Othman is an experienced professional in information management and IT support, currently serving as an Information Management Officer at the Syrian Arab Red Crescent since August 2023. The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) is a Syrian humanitarian None Profit Organization. The society was founded in 1942, and admitted to the International Committee of the Red Cross in 1946. The SARC has 14 branches and 84 sub-branches all over Syria. based on volunteers, SARC has around 11,000 Trained Volunteers providing services in First Aid, First Aid Training, Disaster Response & relief, psycho-social support, health services, water and sanitation based on the fundamental principles of Humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, unity, voluntary service and universality.
