Marie's early experience includes internships at Universiteit Gent and VIB in 2020 and 2018, respectively. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Sciences Biochemistry from Ghent University obtained between January 2018 and June 2021, as well as education in Industrial Sciences from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen from 2015 to 2018 and a secondary education in Sciences - Modern Languages from Sint-Franciscus Xaveriusinstituut.
