David Williams possesses extensive experience in technical support and customer service roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a First Response Technical Engineer at ROCK since May 2023, David previously worked as a Service Desk Technical Analyst at CGI from September 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, David spent over a decade at Virgin Media as a Network Operation Technician, where responsibilities included delivering high-quality customer service and resolving faults. Earlier in the career, David held positions as a Customer Service Representative at Conduit and as a Sales Assistant at Texaco, focusing on customer interactions and service excellence. Education was completed at Ynysawdre Comprehensive School from 1992 to 1997.
