Under Neil Nicolson's leadership, Systal delivers critical support and best practice solutions to clients, focusing on aligning ICT with business ambitions through flexible resources and architecture strategy. Prior to this, Neil Nicolson held the position of Account Director at RFL Group Ltd from October 2005 to June 2008, and worked at Hewlett-Packard from 2003 to 2005 in the role of AM Finance & Retail. Early in the career, Neil Nicolson was a Sales Executive at Aviva from 1998 to 2003.
