Tanya Kennedy

Tanya Kennedy serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at System C, a company specializing in healthcare, social care, and education solutions, since March 2024. Prior to this role, Tanya held the position of VP of Human Resources at Mimecast, a cybersecurity provider, from June 2019 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as VP and Global Head of HR at Seqirus from November 2015 to March 2019 and various HR leadership roles at Biogen, including Talent Acquisition Leader and HR Director for Europe, from January 2007 to October 2015. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics and Human Resource Management from the University of the West of Scotland.
