Björn Lindfors is a seasoned operations and human resources professional with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. At System76 since August 2013, Björn has served as Senior Vice President, Operations & HR, previously holding the roles of Director and Manager in the same domains. Prior to this, experience includes Customer Care Manager at Total Merchant Services, where restructuring and technology upgrades enhanced customer service efficiency, and Regional Manager for Business Class Network Support Operations at Time Warner Cable, where a commercial technical support center was established. Björn also restructured the technical support team at Adelphia Cable Communications, achieving top performance metrics, and managed a large customer service department following the merger of MindSpring and EarthLink. Educational background includes foundational training in the Swedish school system.
