Ahmed Hossam is a seasoned network specialist and presales engineer currently employed at Systems Engineering of Egypt since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ahmed served as the Head Officer of the Systems and Computers Department at the Egyptian Military's Air War Studies Institute from February 2020 to April 2021, where responsibilities included the maintenance and development of networks across the institute's buildings. Before that, Ahmed worked as a network and systems officer engineer at the Information System Branch of the Air Forces Command from April 2019 to February 2020, focusing on monitoring the military network and resolving technical issues. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Al-Azhar University, earned between October 2011 and June 2017.
