Mohamed Atef is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in data center management, system administration, and IT support. Currently serving as a Data Center Engineer and Team Leader at Systems Engineering of Egypt since March 2017, Mohamed is responsible for the implementation of the company’s products within customer environments, which includes physical installations and on-premise training. Previously, from March 2014 to February 2017, Mohamed worked at Ahly Medical Company as a System & Infrastructure Administrator, managing systems and infrastructure within the healthcare sector. Earlier experience includes a role as an IT-Helpdesk Analyst at ECCO Outsourcing, where support was provided for various contact center services. Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Delta Academy of Sciences, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
