Laique Ahmad

Laique Ahmad has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Laique first joined UCP Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd in 2002 as a Web Developer & Training Coordinator. From there, they worked at Call Central Pvt Ltd as an Operations Support Coordinator / Supervisor, COPC Coordinator, and Quality Assurance Personnel. In 2005, they joined Alt-Source Communiation (Pvt) Ltd as an Operations Manager. Laique then moved on to International Contact Learning (Pvt.) Ltd as an Operations Manager. In 2006, Laique became the Operations Manager at Tele Valley Call Centre. Starting in 2007, they worked at Visionet Systems Inc. as the Senior Vice President BPO. In 2007, they also joined Systems Limited as the Assistant Manager (Outsourcing), and later held roles such as Manager (Outsourcing), Senior Manager (Outsourcing), and Deputy General Manager BPO - Inter Company Business Unit. Currently, they serve as the Vice President BPO - Inter Company Business Unit at Systems Limited.

Laique Ahmad has a strong educational background in computer sciences. Laique completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Sciences from the International Islamic University, Islamabad in 2001. The same year, they also pursued a Java Certification Track under the Punjab Information Technology Board at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST). Laique then went on to obtain a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Sciences from the International Islamic University, Islamabad from 2001 to 2004.

In terms of additional certifications, Laique obtained the Strategic Call Center Management certification from Copley Global Services, Inc. in 2005, and became a COPC-2000 Standard Registered Coordinator under CUSTOMER OPERATIONS PERFORMANCE CENTER INTERNATIONAL INC. in the same year. Laique also earned the Sun Certified Programmer (JCP) certification from Sun Microsystems in 2001.

In recent years, Laique pursued further education and development opportunities. In 2018, they completed the Management Development Program at the Lahore University of Management Sciences. Laique also engaged in a SysVisTech Leadership University - Live Online program at the Lahore University of Management Sciences in 2021.
