Shawn Aslam

Shawn Aslam has a diverse work history in the field of software development and engineering. Shawn currently holds the position of Vice President Engineering - Cloud Application Development at Systems Limited since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at IBEX as a Sr. Director Product Development from January 2019 to September 2021 and as a Director Of Software Development from July 2019 to January 2021. Before IBEX, they were associated with TRG - The Resource Group where they served as Head Of Production from May 2015 to March 2019 and as a Development Team Lead from July 2011 to April 2015. Shawn also has experience working at IBEX as a Senior Web Application Developer from January 2007 to June 2010 and at i2c Inc. as a Development Team Lead and Application Developer from February 2006 to June 2007 and from June 2004 to January 2006 respectively.

Shawn Aslam holds a Master's Degree in Project Management from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Shawn also completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Management Sciences from 2000 to 2004. In addition, Shawn has obtained several certifications, including Certified Agile Leadership I and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, as well as Leading SAFe from Scaled Agile, Inc. These certifications were obtained in 2019.
