Geoff Coleman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Geoff started their career at Abercrombie & Fitch in 2012, where they worked as a Manager in Training and later as a Manager. In 2014, they joined GradEye as a Candidate Specialist. Geoff then moved to SystemsAccountants in 2015, where they held various roles over the years, including Consultant - Financial Systems, Senior Consultant - CPM, Analytics and Transformation, Principal Consultant - Talent Acquisition, and currently serves as the Director - International Markets.

Geoff Coleman completed their education in a chronological order. Geoff first attended the University College Dublin from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In 2010 to 2011, Geoff participated in the UCD Exchange Programme at The University of British Columbia, focusing on Psychology.

Later, from 2018 to 2020, Geoff attended UCL, where they pursued a degree in Industrial/Organizational and Business Psychology, with a specific focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Aside from their academic qualifications, Geoff has also obtained several certifications. In July 2020, they received the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) from the Association for Project Management. In February 2020, they became a Thomas International Trait Emotional Intelligence (TEIQue) Practitioner, certified by Thomas International. Additionally, in April 2019, Geoff obtained the Level 1 Certificate of Professional Development in Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, and Motives, Values & Preferences Inventory from Hogan Assessment Systems.
