Sergey Bobyr is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in software development and operational management. Since January 2019, Sergey has served as a Senior Account Project Manager at SYTOSS, where responsibilities include managing high-level software development services and optimizing agile processes. Previously, Sergey held multiple roles at A-MTOSS, Ltd from January 2010 to December 2018, including Managing Director and Director, focusing on project orchestration, resource management, and operational analysis. Prior experience as a Release Manager at Telekom Austria from 2003 to 2010 involved overseeing the delivery of substantial monthly releases and leading a team of 80 professionals. Additionally, Sergey worked as a Development Team Leader and Project Manager at MaxBill from 2003 to 2006, responsible for implementing and supporting a new billing solution. Sergey holds an Engineer's degree in Computers and Computer Networks from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, obtained between 1990 and 1995.
