Jenny Roros has a diverse work experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Jenny began their career as an intern at Saatchi & Saatchi in September 2011 and then progressed to the role of Junior Account Manager before becoming an Account Manager. During their time at Saatchi & Saatchi, Jenny was responsible for managing international brands and optimizing their digital presence through UX optimization, SEO, and advertising. Jenny also led teams and facilitated workshops for clients.
Jenny then joined the Serviceplan Group in September 2014 as a Kundenberater, where they provided strategic advice on sports and event sponsorship for Deutsche Lufthansa AG. Jenny handled various responsibilities such as crossmedia marketing, VR implementation, social media strategy, campaign tracking, lead generation, and project management. Additionally, Jenny was the main contact person for Lufthansa's sports sponsorship projects with FC Bayern München, Eintracht Frankfurt, and the German Football Association. Jenny managed sponsorship events and global newsletter campaigns, and they were also responsible for team leadership and staff development.
After this, Jenny briefly worked at Spark44 as a Global CRM Account Manager from June to December 2016, before joining Serviceplan Gruppe für innovative Kommunikation GmbH & Co. KG as a Senior Account Manager in December 2016. At Serviceplan, Jenny primarily worked on client accounts, leveraging their expertise in customer relationship management and account management.
Jenny eventually returned to SYZYGY in 2017, where they held the position of Senior Account Manager until 2019. Jenny continued their role as a Senior Account Manager at SYZYGY from February 2019 until now.
Jenny Roros obtained their Magister degree in Politikwissenschaft und Kunstgeschichte from Justus Liebig University Giessen. Jenny attended the university from 2002 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Jenny also holds a certification in Online Marketing Manager from IHK.
