James Ross has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. James began their career at Glyn School as a Support Assistant and IT Technician. In 2012, they interned at The Engine Group and also worked as a Head Group Leader at Camp Beaumont. James then moved onto Public Outreach Fundraising as a Street Fundraiser in 2013, followed by a brief role as a Customer Service Representative at Service Stream in 2014. In the same year, James worked at Forward3D as a Display Media Assistant and later as a Planner Buyer. In 2015, they joined Unique Digital as a Media Account Manager and later became a Senior Account Manager. From 2017 to 2023, James worked at SYZYGY London, where they held various roles including Account Director, Head of Strategy, Director of Media, and currently serves as the Director of Strategy & Operations.

James Ross completed their high school education at Glyn Technology School from 2000 to 2009. James later pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Information Management at The University of Sheffield from 2010 to 2013.
