His project leadership has included delivering flagship jobs and a series of large infrastructure projects. Mike holds overall responsibility for Operations to ensure all projects are properly managed. He actively monitors engineering departments and projects as a Main Board Member. Responsible for Group health and safety, Mike is also directly involved with health and safety risk management, raising awareness, influencing attitudes and changing behaviours.
