Felicia Benton

Felicia Benton is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as an Information Technology Support Analyst at T.D. Williamson since August 2014, focusing on OneERP support for the LAM region. Prior to this role, Felicia worked at Schlumberger from December 2008 to August 2014 as an Application Support Analyst, where key contributions included user training for Oracle Manufacturing Modules and the implementation of Service Now and Remedy Incident Management Systems. At Smith International, from October 1996 to December 2008, Felicia held the position of Senior CIM Specialist, managing the Manufacturing Engineering Production Schedule and creating Routers and Bills of Material for new parts.
