Nirmallya Roy Chowdhury is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand development, marketing communication, and consulting. As the Founder and CEO of Radicle Strategy Group since June 2012, Nirmallya has provided advisory services to various corporates. In addition, Nirmallya serves as a Mentor at T-Hub and a Visiting Faculty member at Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication, teaching subjects related to brand management and rural communication. Nirmallya has been a Business Mentor at the Wadhwani Foundation since January 2020, focusing on entrepreneurship and innovation. Previous roles include Director Consultant and Ambassador at BNI, Head of Brand & Marketing at DCM Shriram LTD, and Vice President at both RMG Connect and JWT. Nirmallya holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from Amity University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing from the National Institute of Sales.
