Cathy Lerche

Cathy leads T-Rex’s people operations, focused on building a high performing culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, goal attainment and professional development. She joined T-Rex from Lockheed Martin where she led human resources functions as an HR Director. In her last role, she led a team of HR senior leaders and business partners focused on performance management, total rewards, employee engagement, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent development – including retention of high performing talent, for approximately 3,800 functional employees. Cathy holds a bachelor’s in technology management, a master’s in human resources, and an MBA, all from University of Maryland Global Campus.
