Victor J Garcia

Victor J Garcia is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in both mobile and web application development. Currently serving as a Creative Developer at T3 since April 2013, Victor contributes to both Android and iOS development teams. Prior roles include Senior Software Developer at the Texas Department of State Health Services, where mentoring in .NET architecture took place, and Lead Senior Software Engineer at Shoutz, focused on designing a Single Sign-On for ASP.NET 4. Victor has also led key projects for several applications, including the FASTrack Web Application at Field Asset Services and the CAATS Web Application at HDRI.
