Ali Alharbi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ali has held various roles in different companies. Ali started their career as a Web Developer at JERAISY ELECTRONIC SERVICES – ATHEER in 2005. Ali then worked as a Data Manager at Rateemah in 2006 and as a Software Engineer at Al-Hisn Al-Waqi in 2007. In 2010, they joined Samba Financial Group as a Software Engineering Technician. In 2018, they served as a Product Manager at FlyAkeed. From 2019 to 2023, they worked at Perspective, where they held multiple roles including Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Mergers and Acquisitions Director. Ali also worked as a Chief Technology Officer at Tameed Debit Crowd Lending Platform in 2021. Lastly, they were a Founding Member and Chief Technology Officer at Douk since 2020.
Ali Alharbi has a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology and Computing from The Open University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2011. Ali also holds a Japanese Language Certificate from Sendagaya Japanese Institute, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Ali holds an IoT Research degree from Shibaura Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2014 to 2015. Lastly, they have a Master of Engineering in Computer Software and Media Applications from Tokyo University of Technology, which they completed from 2015 to 2017.
