Leah Wood is a seasoned professional in chargeback management and fraud risk, currently serving as Senior Manager for both Fraud & Risk and Chargebacks at TabaPay since April 2023. With a strong background in chargeback operations developed over multiple roles, including Senior Chargeback Analyst at Zoom and Chargeback Supervisor at Ticketmaster, Leah has effectively built and refined chargeback management programs with an emphasis on automation and revenue recovery. Previous experience at Verifi Inc. involved managing quality assurance teams, analyzing win/loss rates, and implementing process enhancements to improve operational efficiency. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Photography from California State University, Northridge, along with two Associate of Arts degrees in English Language and Literature and Photography from Santa Monica College.
