Currently serving as an Engineering Administrator/Business Analyst at Taber Industries since March 2017, Susan enhances the effectiveness of the Syteline ERP system, supports process documentation, and prepares End Item Data Packages for aerospace clients. Previous roles include customer service positions at notable companies such as Eastman Machine Company and Thermo Fisher Scientific, as well as experience in business development and international sales. Susan holds a Master of Science in International Business from D'Youville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, Linguistics, and Education from the University at Buffalo.
